We offer three shipping options: 

Standard  

Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 48 hours to process if shipped with standard service. 

Expedited 2-Day  

Usually arrives 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, if the order is placed by 10 am PST (Monday-Wednesday). Orders placed after 10 am PST Wednesday will ship the following Monday. 

Expedited Overnight  

Usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase, if the order is placed by 10 am PST (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed after 10 am PST Thursday will ship the following Monday. Some large orders may require extra processing time. If your order requires extra time to fulfill, we will contact you via phone and/or email. 

Above are estimates only. Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered. Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times vary, typically between several hours to one business day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Contact us with questions about which shipping method is right for you.  

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. Please check FedEx.com to see if severe weather will impact your area. If you would like to ship to an international address, please email hello@omleaf.com and we can assist you. Please note we cannot fulfill orders at this time for the UK, and other EU countries. At this time, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Free shipping promotions may not be combined with other promotions or offers.  

Holiday Closures  

Our shipping centers are closed on Canadian federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

Memorial Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day 

Returns + Refunds 

We're so excited for you to try Hai Tea that if you aren't completely happy with your order, send us an email to hello@omleaf.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily refund your order within 3 business days.
